Qualifications (Required):

Master’s degree or higher
Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of New Hampshire
Board-certified or board-eligible

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Participate in preventative care, chronic disease management, and patient education
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and follow best practices in patient care

Schedule & Shift Details:

Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
1:5 beeper call rotation
